Have always been very accommodating with us .. no complaints.
Owner is super nice and his wife is so sweet. I love dealing with family owned businesses. Owner was helpful finding me a used dryer. It works great and is in excellent condition. He was very conscientious in cleaning and loading it up in my vehicle. We're planning on buying a new gas range soon and he even told me when it was going on sale so we can save quite a bit on this major purchase (at least its a major purchase for us, for we rarely buy appliances new).
Bought an electric dryer from them. I live a distance out but delivery was still free and they installed it and hauled my old one away. You can't beat that. Two friendly servicemen, right on time. I will definitely go to this business again if I have more appliance needs.
Disappoint me once. Shame on you.. Twice, shame on me..Three times, you have lost my business. FOREVER.
