Quick and polite service

Waited almost 20mins in the drive thru the 1st 9mins we waited to just be greeted with no one now ahead of us it still took a lot of time just to place the order. Then we were asked to pull up and wait for the order don't know how long it took to get the food because we asked for our money back at that point.
